Adding a New Group in Zendesk

Enter the following information into the PI&T Form:

  1. Proposed Start Date
  2. Division Name
  3. Group Name
  4. Names and Emails of all Staff to be added to the new Group
  5. Approximate Volume of Tickets to be diverted into Zendesk
