- Staff Name(s)
- Staff Email(s)
- Start or End Date(s)
- State whether the Staff need to be Added or Removed
- If Adding Staff:
- Staff Group(s)
- Use the Group names listed in the Routing Doc
- Whether the Staff should received a Full or Light Agent License and/or what other Zendesk account the new Staff's account should be modeled after.
